Shopping at www.inditemptation.com is quick and easy: Browse your favorite categories. Select a product, choose the right size or variant (if available). Click Add to Cart and head to Checkout. Enter your shipping and billing details, then confirm your order. Once payment is complete, you'll instantly receive an order confirmation email. Note: After your order is confirmed, it goes straight into processing. Our shipping, cancellation, and return policies then apply.
At the moment, our payment services are being updated, so online payments and Cash on Delivery are temporarily unavailable. Please stay tuned, we'll be back soon with secure options like Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), Net Banking, Mobile Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik), and Cash on Delivery (select locations). All transactions will be processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways for your peace of mind. Currently, we are only accepting Cash on Delivery. However, we'll be introducing additional payment options very soon.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. To track manually: log into your account, go to My Orders, and check your order status and estimated delivery. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes original tags and packaging. Please provide a valid reason and supporting photos. Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items may not be eligible unless damaged. To start a return, email contact@inditemptation.com.
